A fall wedding at the Enoch Turner Schoolhouse
Colleen and Jeff's Enoch Turner Schoolhouse wedding is one of the more laid-back and causal event I have been part of this year. They opted for a cocktail-styled reception, instead of a traditional sit-down dinner. Guests are welcomed to roam around the reception hall and mingle with each others. They are also free to show off their skill on the open dance floor through out the night. The couple wants to make sure their guests have a memorable night. Colleen and Jeff met while working at the same company in Toronto. They moved to the west coast in search for a better weather and lifestyle. While making their wedding guest list, they realize how much they have missed their family and friends here. The great turn out at the wedding is a testimonial that they are very much loved and missed.
An intimate wedding at a historic venue
The couple chose the perfect venue for their intimate and casual wedding. The Enoch Turner school house is an Ontario heritage site, built in the 1800s. The building has a Victorian architectural style with a rustic and elegant feel. It is located right off the highway with ample parking spaces available in the area.
Like many couples, Colleen and Jeff prefer candid and documentary styled photos. They want to see their guests having a good time. They want story-telling photos. Here are a few images we like from their Enoch Turner Schoolhouse wedding:
