We were delighted to be part of Tania and Steffan's wedding at the Berkeley Field House in Toronto.  The couple was referred to us by a fellow wedding photographer (thank you Heather!).  The Berkeley Field House is a a small venue located on Queen St, ideal for hosting intimate gatherings.  It is an excellent venue for the couple, in which they celebrate their big day with families and close friends.  The cocktail-styled reception and the opened dance floor kept the party going for the whole night.

The wedding sand ceremony represents the unity of two families coming together.  The bride and groom takes turns to pour colored sand into a clear vase.  The idea originally comes from lighting a candle.  But sand is a better choice for an outdoor ceremony due to wind.

The inside of the Berkeley field house can fit a large group of people.  There are at least a hundred people in this group photo and there are still space around to fit more in.
